Adel has a proven track record as a dot connector. In a short amount of time, he has already established himself as a facilitator who creates within the white spaces of the entertainment and hospitality industries to provide service and entertainment in ways that weren't previously conceived of.
During his four years with Cactus Jack, Adel managed to improve an already well-oiled operation by identifying new opportunities to expand, new areas where growth could be explored. Working for and around the orbit of superstars like Travis Scott, Chase B and Don Toliver has provided a tested and proven mettle for keeping a cool head in high-stakes situations, anticipating the needs of mercurial talent, plus presenting and executing new ideas to artists already known for thinking outside of the box themselves.
He managed Don Toliver's tour for one year, experiencing the unique challenges and problem-solving necessary for handling a rising artist, before graduating to doing the same for Travis Scott for close to five years—2019 to 2023, the same period in which Travis went from superstar to supernova, while putting on some of the most critically acclaimed live shows across all of music.
Crucially, Adel is driven by a desire to never stay complacent, push further, and get closer to doing what he truly loves while helping others realize their own dreams and ambitions. Despite his many talents, his decision to focus on building foundations is proof of his commitment to the cause. In his former role as Project Manager for the Cactus Jack Foundation, he combined passion with proficiency to lead high-profile events with significant impact.
His management of the Cactus Jack Foundation celebrity softball games at Minute Maid Park drew over 20,000 attendees, over 25 sponsorships and more than 60 celebrities, resulting in over $500,000 donations for the Waymon Webster Scholarship Fund. That success inspired Adel to continue to work on philanthropic events; armed with what he knows and already accomplished, he's aiming to take those wins even further with TRIPLE BEAM.
